Payment Terms and Conditions 


You agree to comply with all such guidelines, instructions, operating rules, policies and instructions regarding the purchase of Products through the Platform, including any amendments to the foregoing, issued by us and you shall be deemed to be aware of and bound by such changes upon their posting on the Platform. These Payment Terms and Conditions shall apply only to orders and payments made by you and the Seller.

  1. You agree to pay for the Product with a credit or debit card that is legally acceptable.
  2. You agree not to cancel any subsequent payment unless the order between you and the seller is not as agreed, the goods are not delivered, or the goods you receive are different from the description you received from the seller.
  3. Significantly at the discretion of the seller
  4. You acknowledge that a refund request for completed payment will be made only when the seller agrees and notifies the seller of their intention to refund.
  5. You acknowledge that all refunds shall be made through the original payment mechanism and to the person who made the payment.
  6. You acknowledge that refunds are not guaranteed to be credited to your account on time. Payment processing may take time and depends on the individual bank and/or payment service provider processing the refund.

Terms and Conditions for Product Exchanges/Returns and Refunds
  • The company is happy to accept exchanges / returns within 7 days after receiving the product. The product and packaging must comply with the conditions specified below. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to accept exchanges / returns in all cases.
  • The product does not match the order or the wrong product was received. The product has not been used and is in perfect condition.
  • The product is damaged, broken or unusable from the moment you receive it, due to damage caused by the product itself and from transportation.
  • If the product is used and has a problem within 7 days, the problem is caused by the product itself.
Product damage that is not covered by exchange/return and refund conditions
  • Products that are damaged, broken, cracked, dented, burnt, chipped, bent, warped, cracked, punctured, have scratches on the circuit board, or some parts are missing, which are not caused by normal usage according to the usage conditions of the product specified in the user manual or product listing documents in the package.
  • Products with abnormal conditions that should not have occurred by themselves or improper storage, such as glue stains, oxide stains, water stains, animal waste stains, rust stains, etc.
  • Products that are damaged as a result of the use of other equipment, improper repair or modification, or the use of other replacement parts.
  • Products damaged by accidents, natural disasters (lightning, floods, fires, earthquakes), insects and animals.
  • The company refuses to accept returns in cases where customers are not satisfied with the product but the product has been unpacked or used.
  • The company reserves the right to change, amend, or modify the terms and conditions for product exchange/return and refund without prior notice.

 

2. Cost of returning the product
The company will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the product only in cases where the result is due to the company's error.

3. Product return procedures

3.2 Wait for confirmation from the company.
3.3 Customers can send the original invoice and receipt along with the product in perfect condition. The customer will be responsible for the postage cost to send the product to the address below.

4. Refund conditions
The company will refund the full amount of the order to the customer in the event that the company cannot find a replacement or replacement product that you have ordered. In the case of a refund, you must submit documents and accounting evidence for the company to process the refund into your bank account. The process will take approximately 30 business days and the company will notify you when the refund has been made.
